To be able to provide a better service we have optimized our system to handle potential claims and ordinary returns. The big advantage with our service on returs is that we fast and effectively can handle your case, so that you can give your customers a better service.

Please not that special products and other special order goods is not returnable.

The claim or return procedure is as follows:

• Please inform us about your customer number and the order number of the sales order concerned. We also need the product number of the product.
• Describe the cause of the return/claim. It is important that it is described as detailed as possible.
• You will receive a return number, if we want the item returned to our storage.
